As part of preparations to mark the 30th anniversary of the Union of Campus Journalist (UCJ), the mother body of all press organizations on campus held a movie night on Friday 10th of March, 2017.

The event, which was slated to start at exactly 5:30pm, witnessed a slow start as there was an initial low turnout of pressmen. However, the programme started at 6:00pm after the UCJ Pro, Mr Mustapha Kariola led the “press prayer”.

The UCJ Vice president administration also thanked the pressmen for gracing the event. The movie, “Eyes in the Sky” centres on a Kenyan girl and her attempt to thwart the efforts the United States in bombing her “terrorist-infested” town.

The event also saw to the honouring of Mr.  Adebayo Joshua, the winner of the UCJ logo challenge.
