CPS HOLDS BY-ELECTION, OJUOLAPE SECURES TWO-THIRDS VOTES

The Council of Presidents and Secretaries (CPS), Faculty of Arts, has just concluded the by-election for the office of the Social Director. 

The only candidate, Ojuolape Jude Halleluyah, a 400 level student of Communication and Language Arts secured 2/3 of the 212 votes.

Bakre Fadil, President, Department of Philosophy who headed the counting said,

 “Having certified the requirement of 2/3 of the total 212 votes, I hereby declare Ojuolape Jude as the Association of Faculty of Arts Students’ Social Director.” 

The counting of the votes was overseen by Ogunniyi Gbolahan,  CPS Chairman and President of Classics department; Bakre Fadil, President  of Department of Philosophy, an AFAS pressman and others.
